I use the archive function of majordomo (1.94.5) and then once an hour,
rsync the archive directory to our web server. On the web server, once
an hour I run a script (hypermail) which html'izes the archive files.
On the web server, I also run once a day a search engine (htdig) to
index the available information. Our site is still in development, but
you can check the basework at:
http://www.cerritoslug.org/mailarchives
You'll see three directories. Pick one or more of them and check out
the messages. One thing that is needed is a php script in that
directory to dynamically generate a page with prettier links to the
appropriate months. We'll work on that soon.
