majordomo.cf and stealth-users.config (I think these are just default
settings)
I believe the MX record is OK.
I installed from tar.gz
I set up a testalias and this was delievered to my mailbox A OK.
Mail to majordomo from external goes to root (which I have redirected to
mturnbull in the alias file)
The mail is addressed to: majordomo@castleinfo.com
when it arrives in my mailbox..
I checked my permissions and I don't have global write on the include files.
Any ideas ?
Regards,
Malcolm.

Your aliases do look OK. But you did not answer the rest of my questions.

To test your mail system, create an alias on the majordomo machine,
testalias: mturnbull
and write a message from a hotmail, yahoo, netscape, or some other free
webmail provider to mturnbull@castleinfo.com. Does this message deliver
to your mailbox, or does it go to root like the majordomo list messages
do?
