Unknown mailer error 9 usually means you do not have a link to wrapper
in your smrsh directory. Out of memory is self explanatory. I am not
sure what unknown mailer error 1 is though.
We could diagnose the errors better if you included a description of
your environment. (OS, MTA, version of majordomo) Perhaps you could
include a snippet from your aliases file containing the appropriate
entries.
