I presume you have majordomo running.  

Unpack the files into an appropriate place on your web site, probably a
directory within cgi-bin and then telnet into the site and type sh
Configure and follow the instructions.

Oh forgot one bit, ensure you have a good supply of alcohol, food and a
weekend to spare.

When you get to creating and configuring the default.sh you WILL have
more questions.  I actually found it easier to edit default.sh directly
so that information inputted was saved and I could mess around with each
entry until 4 weeks later I got it right.  In this case the instruction
line is sh Configure default.sh or you can of course call it anything
you like.sh
