I use Webmin (http://www.webmin.com) for general systems administration
these days, and I used it to set up mailing lists the last couple of times.
I had to override a few of its defaults to get the lists set up the way I
like, but it was quick and easy. As a bonus, Webmin does a lot of other
administration stuff, too.
