usually just running md will create a virgin <list>.config file
and than i go and tweek the footers/headers etc...
donno if using a gui is good or bad.... ( i hate gui's as it restricts
what you can do with the files...and than theres security issues
too if its web or tkbased
to create blank new lists... there are scripts i know of..
( ie...config /etc/aliases, archives, digests...
