I don't have enough information to answer your question
at this point. You did not tell us what OS and version
you are running, what version of majordomo, what MTA
(sendmail is given in the error) and it's version. If
you are running RedHat, the correct directory to create
the link to wrapper is /etc/smrsh, but you have not told
us the exact location of majordomo.
As the root user;
`ln -s /path/to/majordomo/wrapper /etc/smrsh`
Did you do an rpm install of majordomo? Did you compile
the wrapper yourself? Do the proper majordomo user and
group entries exist? Does the home directory in the
passwd file point to the correct location for majordomo?
Do the aliases that pipe through "wrapper" have the
correct "HOME" directory in the right hand side (RHS)?
