Seeing lists in MajorCool

I successfully installed MajorCool some months ago but I have recently
installed two new lists but I cannot see them in MajorCool nor can
MajorCool search them to check email addresses exist.

I have re-run the Configure routine and although all files appear to be
updated there is no change in the visibility of the new lists.

The lists themselves seem to be working fine with subs and unsubs etc.

Any ideas?
