Weird.. what makes you say that it's waiting for headers?

I'm running majorcool 1.3.2 on apache 1.3.9, using debian 2.2 and a
2.2.17pre6 kernel, and it works fine. I can't remember doing anything
special or having such problems when it was set up...

nah, it's fine, can't think of any backwards compatibility issues (the
apache guys are usually pretty good about that sort of thing).
