They reference 8.9, but I don't see why they would
not work with 8.11. You might also want to consider
updating majordomo to 1.94.5, and unless your
majordomo UID is also daemon, you need to add a
trust statement in sendmail.cf for majordomo.

Wrapper should be owned and SUID root, not majordomo.
