My problem was that I did not have CGI configured/enabled in my
httpd.conf file. Not sure if I did it correctly, but I do have
it working. Now I will have to set httpd for inet rather than
standalone, and get my tcp_wrappers set up. Like I said previously,
I do not normally allow port 80 to be open, but since I am now, I
have to lock it down to localhost and "maybe" my localnet.
