Attachment Blocking

Hi,

I'm trying to block attachements to my lists.  I'm using the
global_taboo_headers without luck...

/^Content-Disposition:\sinline; filename=.*/i
/^Content-Type:\sapplication.*/i
/^Content-Disposition:\sattachment.*/i
/^subject:\s.*\bvirus\b/i
/^Content-Type:\smultipart/mixed*/i

Any help is appreciated.
