You must have upgraded.  Do you still have a majordomo user
in the /etc/passwd file?  Do you still have a majordomo
alias in /etc/aliases?  If you were using a separate aliases
file for majordomo, and you upgraded sendmail, you will have
to tell the new sendmail you are using multiple aliases files.

Worst case scenario, you can put a .forward in the majordomo
home directory that does the same thing the aliases file 
would have done.

[~majordomo/.forward]
"|/path/to/majordomo/wrapper majordomo"
