Do you know all the addressees on the list? How long does it take to send
each one an individual message? Does this add up to 15 minutes? If it
does, there is nothing you can do to make majordomo any faster.
Tips for speeding up majordomo/sendmail deliveries, are to sort your lists
by domain, and remove bad addresses from the list as early as possible.
Sometimes, at least for larger lists, using bulk_mailer can speed up
deliveries, but only when you need to break a list into domains or limit
the number of recipients per envelope for sendmail.
If your DNS is slow to get answers, or your own hostname does not reverse
resolve properly, your mail server could be bumping into anti-spam measures
on the other end of the connection. Make sure you are not stepping on your
own toes here, and make sure DNS knows about your mail host.
