Layne,
$MAX_TOTAL_HEADER_LENGTH = 2048;
Needs to be changed.
This parameter is in the majordomo.cf file (most likely in /etc) and
impacts all lists operating on the server. As backup list owner, you may
not have permissions to modify this. Contact the host sysadmin for help if
not.
I've had to modify this when users cc: large numbers of addressees along
with a list posting.
