Please post your questions in plain text, and in the
body of your message rather than as an attachment.

You did not tell us, does EVERYONE on the list receive
duplicates, or just a few subscribers?

There are several ways you can get duplicate mailings
from majordomo. The simplest and obvious reason being
that you are subscribed multiple times using different
addresses. The not so obvious is that one of those
addresses could be forwarding to one or more of the
other addresses.

Check your subscriber file for duplicate addresses.
Check your subscriber file for addresses that are not
the same but deliver to the same mailbox.
Check the aliases file to make sure duplicates are
not being generated there.
Check your other addresses to make sure you are not
forwarding mail back to your other self.

Other possibility, your list is so large that it does
not get completely out of the queue before another
sendmail processes sees the queued message and starts
sending it out again.
