When sendmail complains about group writable directories, it means anywhere
in the tree to the distribution file. In your case, that means you check;
/
/usr
/usr/local
/usr/local/majordomo
/usr/local/majordomo/lists
None of them are allowed to have the second or third w in drwxrwxrwx
