OK, I have the scoop on the replacelist. It is a customization done at
igc for igc members/customers. It does not appear to be available to
the general public. I searched the unofficial patches site and did not
see a reference to replacelist. If you are a perl coder, this does't
look like it would be very difficult to do. Otherwise, you could stop
by Jason's site and see if this is a feature of MJ2.
