Question 1:
There are 2 ways to make this not so:
    1. Moderate the list. (this requires moderators though)
 
 
    2. Restrict-post list = the member list. (ie: The list is a restrict-post, but available to anyone that is subscribed).

Question 2:
 
This is automatic as long as you have the appropriate aliases set up for your list. (specifically "{list}-approve" I believe)

question 1.  Can anyone, even not a member, post messages to a majordomo list?
 
question 2. In case I make my list "closed + confirm" for the new subscribers,  how am I going to be informed (where should I put the contact email address), so that automatically I receive new requests in my mailbox?
