Defining "moderator = somename@domain.tld" in the listname.config file
is basically just a way to define who listname-approval is. This can
be done without requiring "moderate = yes" in the .config file. If
moderate = yes IS in the .config file for the list, every message to
the list would come through that person for approval (and rePosting
to the subscriber list).
Restrict_post can be configured to allow only some (listname-post),
just subscribers (listname and potentially listname-digest), or any
user in the world (left blank). Be aware, that on very large lists,
this can impact performance, because every post has to be compared
to every subscriber's email address if you allow just subscribers to
post to the list.
