This is probably because you are sending directly to your delivery address
instead of filtering through resend.  See what happens if you rename your
test: alias to test-delivery: and add this in as the test: alias;

test: "|/usr/local/majordomo-1.94.5/wrapper resend -l test test-delivery,nobody"
