Show the recipients address,not the list address

When I send email to the list address using majordomo,the list address is shown in the email.
But I want the individual address to be shown instead,how to do that?

BTW,everytime someone subscribes to the list,the successful email is sent to the subscriber,
how to get rid of it?I don't want this kind of message to every subscriber.
