changing owner-list to owner_list

We have a standardized email addresses as user_name@our_domain.
Majordomo likes owner-list_name@our_domain. I am thinking I can change
this in a config file, but doesn't look like it lives in majordomo.cf,
majordomo.aliases, or the individual list.config files. Do you know
where can I modify the automatically generated welcome message (not the
intro)?
