Greetings all,
We maintain mailing lists for several customers. Today, a customer called
up, they have a closed, un-moderated list - using restrict_post.
Anyhow, they are subscribing people to the list, and later in the day being
informed that the person has unsubscribed. The unsubscription policy is
set to closed.. according to the documentation within the config file this
means:
Closed requires maintainer approval for all unsubscribe requests to the list.
However, this is not occurring. The requests are being processed without
any intervention from the list owner. I have confirmed this in tests using
my own email address.
Any light someone can shed on this issue would be greatly appreciated. If
