Subject: no "From:" fieldin this message I just received

I've just started getting the following problem on my mailing list, any
posts to the list (including one's from myself to test) are resulting in the
following mail being sent to the owner account. I'm sure that the mails are
being sent from a proper address, the list name hasn't changed and the
majordomo settings haven't been touched. I had noticed an increase in these
messages over the past few days and had assumed it was someone trying to
spam the list, but I've just been alerted by users that no mails are getting
through to the list. The message received is enclosed below.

I've checked the FAQ, but couldn't find anything useful, has anyone come
across this before?
