Try this in your taboo_header section. It knocks out
HTML/enriched text, most all attachments, KAK worms,
the occassional posting of your list password, and
replies that quote the entire digest.
It is supposed to knock out messages with no subject
line, but that is less than perfect.
As always, use as directed. Your mileage may vary.
