Majordomo-Users: [no subject]

Hi all:

I'm trying to track down the source some subscription requests made to several mailing lists I administer.  The culprit appears to have assumed the identity of someone else - their "reply to" address at least.

What I'd like to know is where to look in majordomo to find the absolute source of the request.  Can someone point me in the right direction?
