Hey, a question I can answer! Here's how I handle this issue.
In the majordomo config file for the immediate list (testlist), the
restrict_post line should read as follows:
restrict_post = testlist:testlist-digest
This then tells the immediate list to accept posts from either list
of subscribers.
Instruct the digest subscribers to send posts ONLY to the immediate
list address.
