Do you understand the "administrivia" list configuration setting?
If "administrivia = yes" the resend program checks the subject line and
first 10 body lines of all messages to see if the user may have
misaddressed an admin command; if any of those patterns are matched, the
message is sent to the list-owner to determine if it is a misdirected
administration command or if it should be approved.
If "administrivia = no" the test is not performed, which reduces false
positives, but means your subscribers may see lots of "un*su*bscr*ibe
me!!" mail.
