I have just finished installing MC also.  Make sure you run 
"<majordomodir>/wrapper mj_key_cache" after adding/changing any lists. You
can also patch the majordomo perl script to make it run mj_key_cache
automatically. 

See the file  majorcool/contrib/diff.auto_cache for the few lines that need
to be changed.

If you don't want to patch majordomo, you should run the 'wrapper
mj_key_cache' from cron periodically to make sure the lists show up in MC.

I have installed Majorcool successfully and can perform most operations.
However, when I select "Modify" a drop down menu list of all the lists
comes up and only about 1/3 of all the lists that I host are listed. At
first, I thought that I could figure out some common pattern in the way
that they are configured, but I can't. So, why don't all the lists on the
server show up in the list?
