I am trying to decode your English, and what I think you are saying is
that it was not when you installed MajordomO before (with the user
name Majordom), but, on the contrary, during a recent re-installation,
that you had to move mail services. (To avoid ambiguity, you might
say "have had to move..." but that is up to you.) You have installed
a mailing list named "test".

This is indeed a hoary problem, and means what it says. Recent
versions of sendmail do not allow you to have your list file in a
group-writable directory. The response (and it has been mailed to
this list MANY times) is to 'chgrp g-w' the list directory and all
superior/encompassing directories.
As to the second problem, fix the first and mail us again if it
persists (and if you really can't solve it). If you have installed a
test list it would pay to run newaliases.
