Are your aliases set up properly -- that is, are you using resend?

Do your aliases look like:

  mylist: :include:/path/to/mylist

or

  mylist: "|/path/to/majordomo/wrapper resend -l mylist -h foo.com
		mylist-XYXYXY"
  mylist-XYXYXY: :include:/path/to/mylist

If you don't invoke resend, you don't get any of its functions, including
moderation.
