The RPM must be run as the root user if you want it to auto-create
the user/group that it needs. You must also be root to write to
the /etc/smrsh directory, which is where the link to wrapper needs
to live. Since you have installed sendmail 8.11, it is possible
that the smrsh directory has been moved. I used the RPM in several
versions of RedHat, with sendmail 8.9 +. If you truly believe it
to be a bug in the majordomo RPM, be sure to file a bug with RedHat.
