Subject: duplicate messages

None of my lists have had problems with dupes, until this. Users say that
  they have gotten up to 15 copies of the message. I am using Postfix as a
  mailer on a Solaris 6 system. Can anyone interpret what these messages
  mean and if it is a Majordomo issue?
