need help setting up majordomo

Hi,

I hope this is the right place to ask this question (I'm new to Majordomo):

i'm trying to set up majordomo, but it doesn't work.
I've done all the things described in INSTALL, and a "wrapper config-test" 
says that all is ok.
But when I send a "lists"-command to majordomo nothing happens. I get no 
response and no error messages - nothing.
The logfile recognizes my request but also shows no errors or problems.
The only thing that happens is that to my (Test-)Listfile "testlist", a 
file "testlist.config" is added (first time).

Anybody an idea ?
