Kevin,

I too have asked this question and haven't been able to get it work
until recently. I run Red Hat systems and when I have installed
Majordomo via the RPM, it does not work. However, I recently compiled
Majordomo the old fashion way and to my surprise, by default, I am
able to send HTML encoded emails and attachments just fine. Not sure
what system you are running but perhaps my findings may help a bit.
