I have a Majordomo list with approx. 1400 subscribers, which restricts posts to subscribers only. Most of these subscribers can post, but we're having trouble with one particular address, which is subscribed to the list in exactly the same format as it shows in the message headers. Anytime this subscriber posts, her messages bounce as a non-subscriber. We've had this problem a couple of times in the past, and these users ended up using a different address in order to post to the list. I'd like to be able to figure out what the problem is so we don't have to suggest such a ridiculous solution as "get another e-mail address!"
Below is the message header (with a couple of identifying things about the subscriber x'd out so I'm not violating any confidentiality rules here!)
Anyone have any suggestions about what we can do so that an address like this can post? Thanks very much!!
