Number one, your sendmail does not trust majordomo.  Different problem, but 
shows up in your headers.

Number two, anything x'd out anywhere invalidates the data to be checked.

Number three, the two "From " fields do not match.  "From " != "From:"

Are you sure the sender you think is sending the mail actually sending it?

Number four, there are ways to allow additional addresses to post to your
list without forcing those addresses to subscribe.  Have you considered
adding the ateng@sbu.edu address to one of these files?
