Majordomo accepts and relays/delivers HTML messages just fine as long as
you are using version 1.94.5 (maybe some of the older ones too),  and you
are not adding headers, fronters, or footers to the message when they come
through the list.  This is an "out of the box" configuration.  If you have
modified any of the taboo_* entries, or using any form of demime tool, you 
could have broken this capability.  The first thing to check is your 
listname.config file for header, fronter, or footer settings that are not
blank.  For HTML to be allowed, these must be left blank.  (headers may be
an exception)
