administration of the list, so it's a bit hard for me to work things out...
What about customizing the Sender-header!? Is that possible too? I guess
it's all about adding a string now as Sender is now 'admin@www.domain.dk'.

If it is, just change that to domain.dk so your messages get sent
out from admin@domain.dk.
