This particular error has been covered with excruciating frequency and
should be available if you search for it in the archives.

Fixing it is simple: Check each of the directories in the path indicated
and make sure none of them are group writable. That would be:
/usr
/usr/local
/usr/local/majordomo-1.94.5
/usr/local/majordomo-1.94.5/lists
They should all be chmod 755 (drwxr-xr-x).
There is another workaround which disables the security feature in
Sendmail, this is an issue with Sendmail and not Majordomo, but that fix
is not recommended.
