Add "Tmajordomo" (if that is you majordomo username) to your
/etc/sendmail.cf file near the other lines that have capitol
T in the first column of the file.

Everything in majordomo is activated via the sendmail aliases
file, and in complex configurations, the sendmail virtusertable
and genericstable.

Spend some time reading through the threads in the majordomo-users
list archive at greatcircle.com, and most if not all your questions
will be answered.  It may take going back as far as 2 years, but I 
have not really seen many "new" questions asked in that period of
time either.  Just repeats every few weeks.
