How is this nesting managed? You "can" have an address in a list that is another list. As far as majordomo is concerned, it is just another address being passed to sendmail (or other MTA) for delivery. If your sendmail configuration is not supporting the nesting, you are probably combining static lists with majordomo lists. I cannot think of any reason sendmail or majordomo would not allow nesting as deep as you want as long as it is done methodically.
