Digest version or archive

Hello,

I am on a unix server, and have just installed majordomo, version 1.94.3

The host company says that it is not possible to set up the list to create 
either an archive of the posts, or a digest version.

Are they correct?  When I look at the root files, I have subfiles called 
digest and archive2.pl  Doesn't the presence of those files mean that both 
the digest and archive are possible to 'turn on'
