Any files in /var/spool/mqueue?
Anything in /var/log/maillog? Does it say it's actually delivering it?
Have you 'su - nobody' and see if it's there (many people quiet the
listname-outgoing alias by also delivering to nobody, which can result
in a super full mailbox if you do it just the wrong way).
