Hello,

how do I avoid the following message when people subscibe to a list
managed by majordomo?

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
      From: majordomo@www.somewhere.de
      Reply-to: majordomo@www.somewhere.de
      To: subscriber@elsewhere.de
      Subject: Majordomo results

      --

      >>>> subscribe cool-list
      Succeeded.
      >>>> --
      END OF COMMANDS
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

I mean, I get the above plus the welcome mail, and I would like to get
only the welcome mail when I subscribe.

the cool-list config has "subscribe_policy = open"
and is also restricted " restrict_post = listname_restrict_post"
I use Majordomo 1.94.5, SuseLinux 7.0 with Sendmail 8.10.2 and Perl
5.005_03

thanks for any hint!
Antonello
