I have 3 programs that I would like to share with the members of the list.
The first 2 are customizations to the digest script.
The first customization is to the listing of subjects at the beginning of a
digest when the using the _SUBJECTS_ token with the message_fronter. The
number of messages pertaining to a particular subject are counted, and the
count is displayed in the subjects listing. The Re: in reply's to messages
is disreqarded for means of the count.
The second customization is a major edit to the script so that the digests
are produced in multipart/digest format as defined by RFC 2046. (2046, I
think.) This customization also included the modified subject listings as
above.
The 3rd program is a custom written C++ program to filter MIME from email
messages. Media, such as audio, video, and images, can be extracted and
decoded so the media can be accessed through a web server. MIME can also
be deleted or removed and saved for later examination. More information is
