It isn't.
You need to use the second form of aliases listed in the FAQ/setup stuff,
in which:
LISTNAME-data: :include:/path/to/lists/LISTNAME
LISTNAME: "|/path/to/mj/wrapper resend -h HOST -l LISTNAME LISTNAME-data"
is used.
