Nan,
Either you just joined or you've been letting your majordomo-users
mail pile up. We just had this exact same question a couple days
ago, with the solution being the email I sent out then:
You need to look into the majordomo.cf file for
$global_taboo_headers = <<'END';
and a list of subject headers to look for to bounce email. Find the
string that your offender is using and set up a filter based on that
string and you should be all set. If you see a new one, just pop it
in there and it will take effect.
