The easiest way to have multiple moderators is to leave the moderator 
setting blank so it will default to listname-approval.  Then in your
aliases file, depending on the number of moderators, either list all the
addresses in the right hand side for the alias, or make an :include:
pointing to a file of all your moderators email addresses (1 per line).

The down side to this, is if a moderator approves something, they have
to let all the other moderators know it has already been approved so you
are not sending multiples of the same message to your list, or multiples
of the same command to majordomo.
